    INDEED WORST COMPANY my claim has been active since November 2nd, 2013 it is now Dec 30th, 2013.

    I have full coverage they told me my car was totaled and they will pay now they are waiting to make sure the day of the accident I was issued a citation that the state trooper who issued the ticket is not lying that it did, in fact, happen that day and now they won’t return my calls or the car dealerships calls.

    I have called 4 managers and 2 supervisors and 2 branches nobody will return a phone call. I have tried everything I can. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL

    This is by far the worst insurance company ever. The customer service is terrible and if an accident occurs they do not want to pay. I do not recommend them to anyone.

    Worst company EVER! I always pay premiums on time and in the 5 yrs I have never NEEDED this company. Now, I’m stuck on the side of the road in the freezing rain with a dead battery at 1:30 a.m. and I’ve been on hold for 30 mins! Yuck! I’m so switching to anybody… ANYTHING has to be better than this!

    Very bad service on road assistance. I renewed my policy one week ago and need road assistance and they said they can’t help me because is not in the system yet.
