Overall, there is more review info about American Family than there is for Amica, but both have received high financial ratings from A.M. Best and some good customer service ratings from J.D. Power.

American Family recently received an A (Excellent) rating from A.M. Best, an A+ rating from Fitch, an Aa3 rating from Moody’s, and an A+ rating from Standard & Poor’s.
