What National Automobile & Casualty Offers
The company initiated the liquidation process in 2002. At the time of voluntary liquidation, the California Insurance Guarantee Association required the cancellation of all of National Automobile & Casualty Insurance Company’s existing policies. Collected premium income was returned to policyholders.
The car insurance company submitted POC filings in the state of California throughout 2002, and filed a final document on December 20, 2002.
The National Automobile & Casualty Insurance Company’s final estate distribution was initiated and completed on December 10, 2009.
